To all returning and potential vendors:
You may obtain a 2024 contract from the link listed below.
We will be placing new vendors after March 31, 2024 for our 27th annual GHS Band Holiday Craft Show on Nov 2, 2024.
If you are a new vendor:
Please fill out and sign the contract and send all 3 pages along with printed (can be on paper) pictures of your product and booth layout (if you have that) and payment made out to GREEN BAND BOOSTERS and mail or drop off at address listed on the contract. We accept checks and money orders/cashier’s checks. Please do not send in your contract and payment until after March 15, 2024
Returning vendors do not need to submit pictures unless they are changing what they are selling. Returning vendors MUST send in contract before March 31, 2024 to guarantee their booth in the show.
We are a juried show, so we look at new vendors after March 31, 2024. We add new vendors based on their product and on available booth locations. Please send your contract in March of 2024 so you can be one of the first new vendors to be added.

Check in will be from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Main Entrance. There will be parking attendants who will provide your space assignment and direct you to the best entrance door for unloading with the assistance of our fine band students. After unloading, all crafter vehicles without trailers should park in the rear parking lot of the school. Crafter vehicles with trailers should park at the southwest end of the parking lot on the front of the school near the football field.
