We are accepting returning and new vendor contracts now.
We are currently going through all the new vendors and we will be placing them as soon as we can. Please be advised that we are a juried show, which means we go through a voting process of selecting vendors we feel will add to our show. Please be patient with us. Once you are accepted, your check will be cashed and you’ll receive an email in mid August with your booth number. Thank you!
Returning vendors who participated in the 2022 show will be given first priority of acceptance until March 31, 2023. After that time, we will accept applications from anyone on a juried format. This format will be based on what you are selling and bringing to the show as to make sure we have a variety of crafts to offer.
Check in will be from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Main Entrance. There will be parking attendants who will provide your space assignment and direct you to the best entrance door for unloading with the assistance of our fine band students. After unloading, all crafter vehicles without trailers should park in the rear parking lot of the school. Crafter vehicles with trailers should park at the southwest end of the parking lot on the front of the school near the football field.
