MARCHING BAND PROCEDURES FOR ALL HOME GAMES


All band members are to report to the Intermediate School Building for your uniform inspections at all HOME GAMES. You will need to take your band instrument home with you on Friday afternoon or stop by the band room during the time the equipment team is loading percussion and sousaphones. (These times are listed on your performance sheet distributed in class this summer. Please read this carefully because it lists all of our inspections and departure times.)


Our equipment team will meet at the high school and they will only load the percussion and sousaphones on the Penske truck. All other instruments should be taken with you to the Intermediate School building. We will unload the percussion and sousaphone cases at the intermediate school and leave the truck there.


We will march together into the stadium from the Intermediate School. In case of severe weather, we will use the Intermediate School band room and choir room for safety.


Our uniform committee will have parents in the Intermediate School for any uniform needs.


Following the varsity football home games, we will march back to the Intermediate School and dismiss the band there. 


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PARENTS PICK YOU UP AT THE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL AFTER OUR HOME GAMES ONLY.


The equipment team will return to the high school and unload the percussion and sousaphones. You may take your instrument home with you or return it to the high school band room during the time the equipment team is unloading the equipment.
